To ensure that the potential franchise owners are the right fit, Fundraising University uses a 10-step vetting process. The franchisee is expected to possess an appreciation for athletics and have a passion for students/ communities. They should be good with time management and possess sales networking skills along with excellent customer service skills. The franchise partners should have high personal standards to be a part of the Fundraising University family.

Once chosen, the franchisee receives two weeks of initial training at the state of an art training facility in the headquarters location at Overland Park. The franchisee then receives the onsite training at the location for three days to assist in the commencement of operations. Moreover, the franchisee has to attend refresher training twice a year. On successful completion of the training, all set to enter the deep waters of operations, the franchisee is empowered with operational support, marketing support, purchasing support, accounting & legal support along with ongoing research and development.

Furthurmore, Fundraising University provides year-round training and certification for all franchise owners, Director of Business Operations, and assistance with Merchant Renewal, SEO Marketing Initiative, Social Media Director, and Marketing Initiatives, along with a dedicated Franchise Director to help, coach, and mentor each franchise owner at every step.
