Once chosen, the franchisee receives two weeks of initial training at the state of an art training facility in the headquarters location at Overland Park. The franchisee then receives the onsite training at the location for three days to assist in the commencement of operations. Moreover, the franchisee has to attend refresher training twice a year. On successful completion of the training, all set to enter the deep waters of operations, the franchisee is empowered with operational support, marketing support, purchasing support, accounting & legal support along with ongoing research and development.
