How to Take Screenshots on Different Devices?

    • iPhone and iPad

The newer iPad Air and iPad Pro devices, and iPhone X, 11, 12, and 13 don’t come with a Home button. So, users must hold down the side button to the right of the screen and the volume up button to take a screenshot.

For Apple devices with a Home button, hold down the Sleep/Wake button and press the Home button to capture the screen. The screenshots will appear in the camera roll.

Press Command + Shift + 5 to get the screen capture options on the screen. Then, you can choose whether you want to capture the entire screen, the open windows, or a part of the screen.

    • Windows 10

If you’re using Windows 10, you can take a screenshot by pressing the Print Screen button on the keyboard. It is found on the upper-right side of the keyboard. Tap PrtSc to copy an image of the entire screen, which will be copied to the clipboard. You can press Control + V to paste the image anywhere you want.

Suppose you wish to narrow what you capture and not capture everything visible on the screen, press Alt + PrtSc. It will capture the open window.
