If we don’t take care of ourselves, we won’t be able to take care of others or accomplish our goals.” Her advice to other leaders striving to find balance is simple: “Invest in your health daily, set boundaries, and don’t feel guilty about taking care of yourself. You can’t pour from an empty cup.”

As Amayanvbo looks ahead, she sees a future where more women take leadership roles in the wellness industry. “Women are uniquely positioned to lead this movement because of our empathy and our ability to nurture meaningful connections,” she says. “I see a future where women become thought leaders and innovators in health and wellness spaces.” She is working to make that vision a reality by offering mentorship and creating platforms for women to share their stories, learn from one another, and thrive. She is also excited about the upcoming launch of Glory Edward Nutrition’s Wellness Series, which will provide educational content on key health topics, particularly focusing on the unique needs of women and Black individuals. She says, “We don’t just give people solutions; we teach them how to make informed decisions about their health. That’s where true empowerment begins.”

For Amayanvbo, success is not just measured by numbers or revenue—it’s about transformation. “When clients tell us they feel healthier, happier, and more in control of their wellness journey, that’s when we know we’ve made a real difference,” she says.
