Despite challenges stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, AAPR leveraged this period to fortify its brand. Bolstered by its expanded leadership team, the company invested in rebranding initiatives, enhancements to products and processes, and the establishment of strategic business alliances.

These include round-the-clock on-site staff and care, live webcams accessible 24/7, medical administration with a focus on health and wellness, state-of-the-art air exchange and purification HVAC systems, and the provision of pet suites rather than traditional crates.
