Rather than building expensive offices, Sean and his team invested that money in technology and developing a network infrastructure to be able to continue working flawlessly in case of any unpleasant event. The remotely working habit helped them a lot in the pandemic as they were already set technologically and strategically. “We have been fully remote since before and when other companies struggled to adapt NaviSec had the tools and process in place to excel. We intend to remain that way for the foreseeable future,” shares Sean.
