Lauren Freedman: “It’s not just selling real estate. You’re changing people’s lives. A home is a foundation that people depend on and I am here every step of the way.”
A 5-star associate broker at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Lauren Freedman, was originally inspired by her mother who worked as a real estate appraiser. In 2010, she got her real estate license intending to work with her mother, but soon found herself more inclined towards the sales end of the industry. Therefore, she applied for a sales license and turns out she is built for the job. She is now a licensed Associate Broker. She has climbed the ranks to become one of the most respected and renowned realtors internationally and has earned numerous awards and honors for her phenomenal work. Her clients are extremely happy with her work and assistance which led her to achieve a 5-star ranking on Zillow along with stellar reviews. On average, she sells a house every 2.18 days, which is an exceptional record to hold. “It’s not just selling real estate. You’re changing people’s lives. A home is a foundation that people depend on and I am here every step of the way.”
Lauren says, “The customer’s needs and concerns are my number one priority. My goal is to be available to my customers and to work with their best interests in mind. I consistently go above and beyond for my clients and will strive to find the right buyer, the right property to fit their needs and desires.” Her strong marketing abilities, top-notch negotiation skills along with her absolute knowledge of the area and the business make her an ideal choice for any client with real-estate needs. No wonder, in 2019, she sold over 48 million dollars of real estate and over 170 properties.
To achieve numbers like these, Lauren uses traditional marketing with new and innovative methods to assist her customers as they buy or sell a home. Coldwell Banker’s cutting-edge technology and extensive marketing plans help her increase exposure for her listings on websites such as coldwellbanker.com, realtor.com, zillow.com, trulia.com, lauren-freedman.com, and numerous others. Moreover, she works 24 hours a day and never hesitates to take on as much responsibility as needed to make the transaction a smooth experience for all the parties involved in the deal. “I have dedicated myself to my clients and their needs from start to finish,” says Lauren. “My objective is to market properties utilizing sound planning and professional ethics. I use all the finest tools to market the properties including brochures, photos, and targeted publications.”
It’s all about the Customer!
Having a team of dedicated professionals by her side which includes a licensed buyer transaction assistant, general contractor, painter, stager, photographer, cleaner, carpenter, window washer, electrician, paver, plumber, etc. she makes sure her clients are satisfied to their core and have a seamless experience without any complications. In her 9 years of experience in the field, she has learned to pay attention to all the details and has acquired sufficient knowledge of all the ins and outs of the residential real estate marketplace. She tells Aspioneer, “I think my secret for my success is working really hard. Doing what is in the best interest of my client, always being there to answer questions and guide them through the process so it’s not a stressful time is ‘key’ to being successful”
Lauren is indeed fueled with passion, driven by research and backed by results. There’s no argument in her being among the Top 1% realtors in the area. However, being young, one of her biggest challenges initially was to gain the trust of clients and have them invest their hard-earned money. But with her diligence and yet easy-going style, she overcame all doubters. She asserts, “My belief is that every client is different and the focus is getting the best results each time while making sure they are comfortable and their expectations are met or exceeded. I will communicate every step of the way with you. My clients put their trust in me which pushes me to do better.”
Her usual workday begins at 7 am and ends at 10 pm. She is an animal lover and has two dogs: Harley, a French bulldog, and Ginger, a Chihuahua. She is somebody who likes to engage in new things and personally loves traveling, reading, working out and watching movies. On top of her priorities is her family and tries to spend as much time as she gets with them. Very interestingly, Lauren is a huge foodie. She says, “I love trying new foods and I’ll be the first at a restaurant opening! Some of my favorite foods are sushi, lobster, salmon, and of course dessert! I thoroughly enjoy a nice cup of coffee whether it is morning, afternoon, or night (decaf after 6:00).” Apart from this, Lauren likes to read and is a huge fan of Jodi Picoult’s books. She exclaims, “They are real-life situations people can relate to – When I do have time to relax, I love to sit back on the couch with the dogs and put on a movie or read a book.”
Keep building up
As a leader, she advises all those who are striving to be successful to get strong and work diligently. She followed it with her own example. “I tend to never stop working; whether it is responding to emails throughout the day, going on showings morning, afternoon, or evening, responding to calls at any time, etc. I can be reached 24/7 and the cell phone is never off! I am always ready to impress my clients with my service, encourage them with my trustworthiness, and thrill them with my commitment to urgency,” says Lauren.
