Aspioneer (A): What is it that distinguishes you from the rest of the players in the industry?
Janiv Ratson (JR): After all of these years and all of the platforms that my team and I developed; my vision was clear. It was to build an innovative platform, across all devices, systems, and verticals that leverages the connected world, creating a more convenient, efficient, and sustainable life. That is exactly what we have done with Axonize and developed a no-code platform for smart enterprises and products. We like to think of ourselves as game-changers. The new digital world brings with it the constant changes which require agile responsivity for executives. We help our customers respond quickly and efficiently to the required changes, both internal and external to their companies, without investing large amounts of time and resources. Customers reap significant value from our solution. They receive a wide range of business insights enabling them to manage their business unit more efficiently and transparently. Customers benefit from quick results, both in profitability and customer satisfaction.
(A): In an industry where the competition is cut-throat and unforgiving, how do you make sure to keep up your ultimate goal and at the same time encourage others to keep striving for more?
(JR): My approach to business is the same as my approach to life and what I tell my kids, an idea that is not pushed to fruition is nothing but an idea. Have the courage and the confidence to turn your ideas into reality, and don’t be afraid to fail. Whatever you decide to do, do your best. This is what I take with me, and what continues to encourage me. Execution is best achieved by a combination of people, technology and process. I believe that as a Manager, you cannot put 100% of your focus on all of these at the same time. It is important to know how to balance these three pillars within your organization and to orchestrate based on the current stage of the company, the status of the product, and the targeted market segments. We often learn more from our failures, than we do from our successes.
