Thanks to Chip & Joanna Gaines, along with other HGTV personalities, it has become an increasingly popular trend to invest in remodeling projects. This is due to the fact that homeowners want to make their home more presentable for two reasons; either so home-sellers can make it more salable for a sale, or so a proud homeowner can make it more personable and fit for their needs. Most homeowners don’t know how to remodel or don’t have the time to, so they prefer to hire professional help when it comes to redesigning their personal space. However, one of the biggest issues homeowners face when it comes to remodeling is finding an organized contractor they can trust. That is why there is one remodeling franchise that has created time-tested systems to help contractors be able to be more efficient, effective and trustworthy to their clients, allowing them to stand out to competitors.
DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen’s distinctive, full-service remodeling approach focuses on serving their clients from design through installation. With a dedication to superior craftsmanship and ethical excellence, our specialists are committed to delivering a design that meets your specific needs, while communicating consistently throughout the entire process. Allowing their clients to feel secure that their project will be completed in the most efficient manner possible with minimal disruption to their life.
DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen has roots that can be traced back to the 1970s when GNU Corporation, later acquired by Worldwide Refinishing systems, worked to develop a porcelain tub resurfacing system. In 1999, they were rechristened DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen by Worldwide. This new title captures the mission that they offer full-service bath, kitchen, and full-interior remodeling services. Doug Dwyer, current President and CSO of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, bought the company in 2003, continued the dream as the company vastly expanded its services, moving beyond resurfacing and refinishing to become a full-service interior remodeling company focused on enhancing lives and improving homes.
Dwyer’s leadership earned the company Remodeler of the Year by Pro Remodeler Magazine in 2004. Throughout their journey, DreamMaker has been honored with 15 GuildMaster Awards and over 5 Remodeling Big 50 Awards. They consecutively won design awards year after year and successfully achieved an average 96% recommendation rate from surveys done via Guild Quality.* In 2018 and 2019, DreamMaker was given the GuildQuality Guildmaster Award for exceptional services and was selected as one of over 200 North American builders, remodelers, developers and contractors recognized for their superior delivery of customer care. They were also awarded Franchise Business Review’s Top 50 Franchise and was awarded Franchise, Top Innovative Franchise and Top Franchise to Work For in 2019. In 2019, DreamMaker was ranked 6th largest national home improvement company in the country by Qualified Remodeler’s Top 500, 7th largest full-service remodeler in the US by Remodeling Magazine, Franchise Gator Top 100 Franchise, and Entrepreneur Top 500 Franchise.
