Tami’s strategy to achieve results is based on following a consistent daily plan which is guided by greater quarterly/yearly business plans. She believes that if you follow your plans and do your best work daily, the results will present themselves. She says, “Concentrate on objectives that will increase your profitability. It is easy to get caught up with the minutia of your day and lose focus of your daily goals. Start with the things that you like the least in your daily routine and master those tasks. Have a target of how many clients you want to connect with and the objectives you want to achieve each day. Write down exactly how many clients you want to connect with and break that down with live calls, ZOOM meetings, emails, and social media initiatives.” Furthermore, she believes the key to any successful business is to generate goodwill with your clients and ensure that they can trust you because, in the end, it all comes down to your relationships. Listen to your clients. Ask them what they want to achieve by the end of each quarter and at the end of the year. Work with them to devise a plan and stick to the script developed in the plan. If unforeseen challenges arise, change the plan as necessary and revise the plan together. Aim high, and ultimately this will help them stay on track look at your client’s history, and ask them what has worked in the past and what failed.
Pursue options that were successful and fuse those with fresh ideas, which will generate new opportunities. Combine traditional marketing strategies suited to your client’s specific business goals with digital campaigns targeting key demographics. Whether you are putting together an Instagram/Facebook page or a group that highlights focused promotions, products or services, it is imperative to be channeling a consistent message that resonates with your brand and reaches a specific audience. Tami believes being proactive and knowing what your competition is offering is imperative for results along with awareness on current events that affect your business. Her goal is to innovate by providing unexpected ideas that create client satisfaction and she advocates under-promising and over-delivering. She believes that the best way to be productive is to create daily goals while executing your best practices and then reward yourself at the end of the day with something that brings you joy.
