Trailblazing Coaches to Follow 2025| AnantOm Consulting Carve Your Path LLP

In a world obsessed with quick fixes and surface-level success, Anu Sachar stands apart. The founder of AnantOm Consulting Carve Your Path LLP doesn’t just coach—she transforms. Drawing from the ancient wisdom of yoga, the precision of psychology, and the rigor of corporate leadership, Anu has crafted a unique methodology that doesn’t just help clients achieve their goals but helps them become their highest selves.

Her approach, Integrated-work™, is more than a coaching framework—it’s a philosophy, a way of being. It’s what happens when Eastern spirituality and Western psychology converge to create lasting, sustainable change. And in an era where burnout, disconnection, and existential dissatisfaction plague professionals worldwide, her work isn’t just relevant—it’s revolutionary.

The Making of a Modern Sage

Anu’s journey began in the disciplined, values-driven environment of an Indian Army household. “Growing up, fairness, equity, and integrity weren’t just ideals—they were lived experiences,” she recalls. “My father’s service instilled in me a deep respect for structure, but also for the human spirit’s resilience.”

This foundation, combined with India’s rich tapestry of cultures, languages, and philosophies, shaped her worldview. She didn’t just study psychology and human resources—she absorbed them, weaving in threads of yoga, mindfulness, and spiritual inquiry. “I realized early on that real transformation isn’t about changing behaviors; it’s about changing being,” she says.

Her corporate background gave her an insider’s understanding of workplace dynamics, but it was her personal exploration of yoga and higher consciousness that unlocked her true calling. “I saw how people were striving, achieving, yet still feeling empty. That’s when I knew—coaching had to go beyond goals. It had to touch the soul.”

The Four Phases of Transformation: Ancient Wisdom, Modern Application

Anu’s Integrated-work™ methodology is rooted in four phases inspired by yogic philosophy:

1.Samanyasa (self-realization) – Clients discipline themselves with preparatory processes – identifying their intrinsic motivation for life purpose, set clear goals, tap into their potential to manifest them.

Cornerstone of our coaching is self-discovery, with personal impetus through –

(a) Vivek (Discernment) – cognitive discernment of real and unreal.  Identifying goals, measures, action plans and what’s not part of these goals.

(b) Vairagya (Detachment) – relinquishing attachment to outcomes. Liberating self cognitively, emotionally from past and future, opening the mind to myriad possibilities in the here and now.

“We are not just human doings; we are human beings, When we integrate our light and shadow, our work and spirit, we don’t just succeed—we shine.”

(c) Shat Sampat – six spiritual virtues guide clients through cognitive distortions, emotional blocks to phenomenologically be mindful and present-

  1. Shama – Cognitively keeping a clear, confident mind

  2. Dama – Discipline to control senses, reactions to external stimuli

  3. Uparati – renouncing what no longer fits life’s dharma (duty)

  4. Titiksha – resilience through suffering, learning from setbacks

  5. Shraddha – Self-belief, efficacy that sustains faith

  6. Samadhana – concentration, attention to life purpose, goals, possibilities, solutions

(d) Mumukshutva (self-inquiry) – ongoing intent to self-discover truth from their perspective.

  1. Shravana (hearing the truth with deep listening “what”)– clients learn to be receptive with vichara (true enquiry). Listening with a quiescent mind and accepting their truth, they become one with it.

  2. Manana (Reflecting on Shravana)– client’s intent, reflected deeply with self-awareness, creates high efficacy. Paraphrasing, summarizing these retentive thoughts, with an open mind, transforms their “being”.

  3. Nididhyasana (Deep Contemplation and Assimilation – “who”) – clients mindfully practice prolonged continued contemplation on their purpose, goals for self-realization. Contemplation leads to “oneness” of “whole being” with higher self.

“Most people are trapped in cycles of reaction,” Anu observes. “True freedom comes when we respond from a place of deep awareness.”
