She is also expanding her publishing services, helping women share their stories through books and anthologies. “Storytelling is powerful,” Tucker says. “I want women to see that their experiences—no matter how challenging—can be turned into a narrative that empowers others.” Perhaps the most exciting initiative, however, is the expansion of Tucker’s leadership coaching and retreats. These live events will allow women to deepen their personal growth journeys while connecting with others who are on similar paths. “The idea is to create a space where women can not only learn but also build lasting relationships that foster support and collaboration,” Tucker explains.
